The release has been announced on the department web page

The release of the book has now been announced officially on the web page of the Department of Chemistry.

The first copy has arrived

Coming back to my office today, after several hours of oral exams, I found a box with a few copies of the book.

It is in stock now

I have just received an e-mail from Oxford University Press, that the book is now in stock and can be ordered. So it only can be days until the first copy should arrive here.

It is published in the UK

Today I have received the message that the book is now published in the UK!

The second set of proofs have arrived

Today I received the second set of proofs and managed to check all my corrections. And it looks good. Almost everything was corrected as I asked for. There were only 5 minor issues to be corrected.

So everything seems to be on schedule so that publiation date in July is still realistic.

Proofs returned

The proofs have been returned to the publisher, which means that the production process is still on schedule with an estimated publication date in June 2011.

The proofs have arrived, which means that I will read all the 306 pages very carefully until March, 10th!
